Who we are

Bernadette Cass and John Gray

Bernadette

I am an organisational change consultant and executive coach, working with teams and individuals who wish to be at their best and create and sustain effective working relationships. I believe that we can all develop and grow throughout our lives, and I’m committed to my own ongoing learning as well as accompanying others in their personal and professional development.

I have extensive experience of integrating coaching within organisations to enable achievement of business objectives.  I use Transactional Analysis to support my coaching, development and organisational change work.

I am a qualified coach and coach supervisor, accredited to Professional Certified Coach level with the International Coach Federation.  I design and run coach development sessions on behalf one of the international coaching bodies, and I provide developmental feedback on the use of core coaching competencies for coaches preparing for professional accreditation.

I have a strong operational business background, having held Board level IT roles for blue chip companies such as Gillette, BP, the Estee Lauder Group, and in government with HM Treasury and London Underground. As IT Director I was responsible for creating IT strategy and delivering global change programmes. My interest in creating sustainable behavioural change developed as I explored ways for teams to support the effective implementation of new business systems and processes.
